Question: Does TDO take a percentage of the
load?
Answer: Unlike
other companies that offer similar services, TDO
does not take a percentage of the load. A small monthly
fee is all that is required to make your business more
profitable.
Question: What if I decline a load found by TDO?
Answer: It's your
business and your decision, TDO will continue to
search for loads that meet your criteria. TDO
works on a reasonable flat monthly fee, and it is our
job to find the loads
that interest you.
Question: Is there any long term contracts, what if
TDO's services are not for me?
Answer: TDO
works every month to earn your business, no long term
contracts to sign. If you are displeased with the
services offered by TDO for any reason, just
cancel the service before the next billing cycle, it's
that simple.
Question: Does TDO do the invoicing, and how
do I get paid?
Answer: TDO
is a load planning and dispatch service only, you would
be responsible for all other aspects of your business,
which includes but not limited to deciding on which
loads to haul, which brokers you work with,
invoicing and sending POD to the broker and or shipper.
The broker will send their payment directly to you, from
your invoice, insuring your getting the total value of
haul.
